Our private room is ideal for hosting intimate birthdays, holiday parties, corporate retreats and special family occasions. Enjoy our cozy, stylish setting to experience Chef Dean Neff’s vibrant seasonal menus featuring fresh North Carolina seafood and the peak-of-season ingredients while surrounded by beautiful sea blues and aquatic works of art. For additional privacy, we’ve designed our private room to be accessible from a discreet back entrance. Our private room is comfortable for as many as 14 guests.

Are you interested in reserving private event space? The vintage lighting and warm nautical backdrop throughout Seabird is the perfect place for hosting birthdays, holiday parties, and corporate retreats.

 Private Room:

Maximum Capacity 14 guests

 Evening Events: 

  • Credit Card Required to book ($25 per person charged if no-show or cancellation within 72 hours)

  • Food and beverage minimum and/or room rental fee may apply 

  • Added 20% staff gratuity 

 **We request that dietary restrictions be communicated upon booking or as soon as possible following booking to allow ample time for menu accommodations**

FAQs

Will it be a special menu or regular menu?

Regular menu in most cases. Inquire about Family Style! Full restuarant buyouts can be passed, family style, or regular seated dinners.

Can we decorate?

Yes, you can come early and set up the room if you like. Please check to make sure when the room will be available. Confetti? No

Can we bring a cake?

Yes, we will provide plates and a knife for you to cut and serve.

Can you bake us a cake?

Not currently, but ask about our desserts.

Why are the minimums different at different times?

Booking your party at 5:30 or 8:30 allows us to seat the room again before or after your event. If you book at any time in between, we have to dedicate the room to you for the whole night.

Where can we park?

Now validating parking at the 115 market st parking deck. Bring in your parking ticket. There is also metered street parking.

Is there an included gratuity?

Yes, 20%.

Can we all pay separately?

We request there be no more than 4 payments per group.
